These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RuleBall website and platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Use of the Platform is also subject to the following policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

RuleBall LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. The Platform operates internationally and may be managed from locations outside the United States.

2. Description of Services

RuleBall provides educational and informational content designed to assist users in studying football regulations and preparing for professional examinations.

Services may include:

educational materials
regulatory explanations
examination simulations
practice questions and structured learning resources

The Platform is delivered digitally through a subscription-based online service.

RuleBall is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to FIFA or any football governing body unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted only for individuals who:

are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Users are responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is permitted under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform require the creation of a user account.

Users agree to:

provide accurate and complete information
maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
accept responsibility for all activity under their account

Accounts are personal and may not be shared with other individuals.

Users must immediately notify RuleBall LLC if they become aware of unauthorized access to their account or any security breach involving their credentials.

RuleBall LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms are detected.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain Platform features requires a paid subscription.

Subscription conditions:

subscription fees are billed in advance
subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
pricing and billing intervals are displayed on the Platform

Users may cancel subscriptions through their account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

By submitting payment information, users agree to the applicable terms and policies of such payment providers.

RuleBall LLC does not store full credit card information.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

reproduce or distribute Platform content
scrape, extract, or systematically collect Platform data
use automated systems such as bots, crawlers, or scripts
attempt to bypass subscription systems
interfere with Platform security or infrastructure
share accounts with other users

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of the account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform is the property of RuleBall LLC or its licensors.

Protected materials include:

question databases
examination simulations
explanations and summaries
regulatory analyses
software and platform design

The Platform database and its structure are protected by copyright and database rights.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works based on Platform content without prior written permission from RuleBall LLC.

Users may not compile, reproduce, or reconstruct examination question databases from the Platform.

Platform content may not be used to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated datasets without prior written authorization from RuleBall LLC.

9. Educational Disclaimer

The Platform provides educational and informational materials intended to assist users in studying football regulations and preparing for professional examinations.

RuleBall LLC strives to provide accurate and well-structured educational content. However, the Platform is an independent educational resource and does not guarantee success in any professional examination, certification process, or regulatory assessment, including but not limited to the FIFA Football Agent Examination.

Regulatory frameworks, examination formats, and governing rules may change from time to time. While reasonable efforts are made to keep Platform content current, RuleBall LLC cannot guarantee that all materials will always reflect the most recent regulatory developments.

Users are encouraged to consult official regulatory sources and examination authorities when preparing for professional examinations.

10. Examination Registration

Subscription to the Platform does not constitute registration for any professional examination.

In particular, subscription to RuleBall does not automatically register users for the FIFA Football Agent Examination or any similar examination.

Registration for such examinations must be completed directly with the relevant governing authority and is subject to that authority's rules and procedures.

RuleBall LLC is not responsible for examination registration procedures, fees, eligibility requirements, or examination administration.

11. Service Availability

RuleBall LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

The Platform may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuleBall LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or examination-related outcomes.

Total liability of RuleBall LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to RuleBall LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Force Majeure

RuleBall LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, cyber-attacks, internet outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, or infrastructure disruptions.

14. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform or communicating with RuleBall LLC electronically, users consent to receive communications electronically, including notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing.

15. Termination

RuleBall LLC may suspend or terminate user accounts where:

these Terms are violated
fraudulent activity occurs
intellectual property is misused
unauthorized account sharing is detected

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in a user's jurisdiction, those protections remain unaffected.

17. Changes to the Terms

RuleBall LLC may modify these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and RuleBall LLC regarding the use of the Platform.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
