Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments for services provided through the RuleBall platform may be refunded.

1. Digital Nature of the Service

RuleBall provides access to digital educational content delivered through an online subscription platform.

Because access to the Platform and its materials is provided immediately upon subscription, services are considered digital services delivered electronically.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

Users obtain access to the Platform and its educational content during the active subscription period.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

3. Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable once access to the Platform has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

  • technical issues preventing access to the Platform
  • duplicate payments
  • billing errors

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

When a subscription is cancelled:

  • access to the Platform continues until the end of the current billing period
  • the subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle

Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through a payment provider, RuleBall reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform while the dispute is being reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of the account.

6. Exceptional Refund Requests

Users who believe that a refund is justified may contact RuleBall at:

Refund requests should include:

  • the account email address
  • the date of the transaction
  • a brief explanation of the issue

RuleBall will review such requests in good faith but cannot guarantee that a refund will be granted.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

RuleBall LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date.
